Born in Batala, Punjab, India on March 6, 2001. Graduated from Dr.Daulat Ram Bhalla DAV Centenary Public School, Batala, Punjab, India in May 2019.

Worked part-time as the Customer service representative in a pharmacy, Sohal Medical Store, Batala, India from May 2017 to November 2019. Appreciate the hands-on experience and the chance I got to apply almost all the business skills that I was acquiring while pursuing education in the commerce field in high school. Assisted the employer by showing high patience level in listening to and solving customers' complaints. Ensured the safety of liquid assets by keeping a record of cash and credit transactions, which eliminated the chances of confusion and dissatisfaction among employees. Actively managed the pharmacy and kept a record of the inventory about to finish or drugs not sold in the pharmacy, which increased the sales to 100%. Acquired valuable customer service, problem-solving, analytical, organization, and accounting skills from this job.

Then worked full-time as the Speaking Trainer in Prime Educomp, Batala, India from December 2019 to March 2020. Demonstrated excellent communication skills and time management skills by training skills of 24 different clients every day within 20 minutes for each student, which ensured the smooth flow of the organization and that all students get their turn. Along with this, monitored each student's level, and tailored my methods for effectively mentoring each student, which satisfied clients. Did very well as a speaking trainer. Enjoyed guiding and teaching. My efforts got continuously appreciated by clients and directors that motivated me a lot. Feel proud of my mentoring skills.
Volunteered as a music tutor in the summer camp organized by Sikh temple, Gurudwara Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Colony, Batala, India for six consecutive years, that is, from the year 2015 to the year 2020. Appreciate the opportunity to impart music and history lessons to children to help them stay connected with their roots. I myself have been active music and Sikh history student. Backed the third prize in the year 2015 in the music and Sikh history competition before I started volunteering.

Now I am pursuing the Diploma in Business at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Enrolled in finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, and corporate communication specialization classes, with a focus on learning to manage people and processes. Made it to the Dean's list with dedication and hard work. Have become proficient in using MS Office, a mandatory skill to succeed in the Business field.
